Finish the work before adding more

Generating a task is not the same as finishing it. Completion needs a source, an owner, permission, a destination and a verification step.

Define the outcome, required evidence, authorised action, approval point and definition of done. Select a bounded job rather than generating a backlog of suggestions.

After acting, read the destination and compare it with the expected state. Keep the evidence and unresolved issues. A draft, recommendation or scheduled job is not an applied-and-verified outcome.

Stop when authority is missing, evidence conflicts, the source is unavailable or retrying could duplicate a side effect. Route the exact failing step to its owner.

Evaluate accepted, verified outcomes on your own reviewed sample before widening scope. Agent activity is not a substitute for business results.
