Can this warehouse order be invoiced?

  1. Context

Approved price lists, product matches and the operator's confirmation before creation.

    Information it reads

Warehouse orders, product records, approved price lists and accounting

  2. AI agent

Match the order to products and approved prices, then prepare the document for the operator.

    Operations AI agent

This example shows an agent's role, not an unattended workflow.

  3. Result

What needs a person

An operator confirms document creation. Missing or unapproved prices stop the process; this does not release a shipment or collect payment.

Checks & limits

Reviewed

Functionality and use checked

The deployed service, price checks and creation code were inspected. Recent invoices and proformas have accounting read-back records; a recent invoice was independently found in the accounting API.

Scope

Operator-led invoicing. No claim of unattended order-to-cash, automatic payment or automatic shipment release.

Evidence remains private.

Method & documentation

The tool links warehouse orders to accounting documents instead of re-entering each line. It checks products, quantities and approved prices, shows a preview and records the document after creation. The workflow has real invoice and proforma outcomes, not just draft screens.

The documentation shares the method, not the private application's source code.
