What is the next step for this application?

  1. Context

Application stage, review history and the manager's decision before an invitation.

    Information it reads

Applications, private candidate documents, interview service and email

  2. AI agent

Bring the permitted application and stage history together and prepare the invitation for the manager to review.

    People AI agent

This example shows an agent's role, not an unattended workflow.

  3. Result

A shared hiring pipeline, with confirmed invitations and recorded stage changes.

What needs a person

People decide who advances. Messages need confirmation; an interview invitation does not count as sent until the connected service confirms it.

Checks & limits

Reviewed

Functionality and use checked

The live connector, application dashboard and recent intake records were read. Interview-invitation history and the deployed manager interface were also checked.

Scope

Application intake and human-led recruiting. No automated rejection, hiring decision, offer generation or employee onboarding is implied.

Evidence remains private.

Method & documentation

The public application form feeds a protected manager workspace. Interview invitations and business-case emails have explicit previews and confirmations. Stage changes retain a history; a failed send does not silently advance the candidate. A provider accepting the email does not prove inbox delivery.

The documentation shares the method, not the private application's source code.
