Hiring workspace
A public application form feeds a private manager workspace. Applications have an owner, stage, permitted documents and a history. Managers can prepare an interview invitation or business-case email and review its effect before confirming it.
An invitation is recorded only after the connected interview service returns a valid result. A business-case stage change waits for the email provider to confirm sending. That is not proof of inbox delivery. Selection, rejection and hiring decisions remain human. A stage label does not imply that an offer, calendar event or onboarding was created.
The live connector, application dashboard, recent intake and invitation history were read on 14 October 2026. The deployed manager interface and its confirmation rules were inspected. This establishes a working recruiting workflow, not autonomous hiring.
Explore the hiring workspace. Public applications are fictional; no candidate details or private documents are copied.
Applying the method elsewhere
Check identity before opening documents or changing stages. Show the recipient, message and consequences before sending. Keep the provider's send result and a retry key to avoid duplicate invitations. Do not advance the stage on a failed send.
