Working notes: November 2026
This update covers changes reviewed between 18 October and 1 November. It adds methods and examples, not a public copy of the company's applications.
What changed
| Area | Added or improved | Where it stops |
|---|---|---|
| Customer care | Private reply drafts tied to the conversation, order and reviewed policy; feedback and source-change checks. | People review and send. No measured improvement or autonomous sending is claimed. |
| Shipment tracking | Carrier events attached to an exact order, with parcel direction and timestamps. | Coverage varies. A missing event is not a delivery status. |
| People portal | Requests, personal records and reviewed departures linked to scheduled removal of Brain access while preserving work. | Leave-calculation differences remain. Departure handling does not revoke every external software account. |
| Hiring | The path from an application and signed offer to reviewed documents, approved activation and assigned onboarding tasks. | The new handoff passed fictional end-to-end checks; a completed real hire has not been verified through it. |
| Creative work | Reproducible video edits, captions, exports and technical checks; reporting can inform the next brief. | People approve the edit. No automatic publishing or performance lift is claimed. |
| Finance and product reporting | Shared rules for outstanding invoices and payment promises; product reports preserve source dates and versions. | A promise is not cash. Refreshing a page does not refresh its source. |
| Retail planning | Shared proposals retain their shipment plan and revision history; conflicting edits are rejected rather than overwritten. | The interface is published; real web acceptance by a second account remains pending. It makes no stock movements. |
| Checked execution | Source-bound drafts, bounded attempts, restricted service users and checks from a chat request through delivery of the answer. | An uncertain write must be reconciled before it is repeated. Delivery acceptance is not proof of reading. |
Code in this release
The starter kit adds small, tested workflow checks. They can be inspected and adapted without connecting to company systems. The source index, project examples and downloads use the same release.
Not included
Proposed invoice-review changes and connectors without sufficient evidence are not presented as working additions. Customer messages, employee documents, company figures and internal access details remain private.
