People portal

The internal people portal supports leave requests, reviewer decisions, personal details and protected payroll documents.

Personal access and administrative review are separate. A request awaiting review is not approved. A document being available does not make it readable by every employee.

The deployed service and health endpoint were checked on 14 October 2026. Recent requests, decisions and protected-document access are recorded in the application audit. No employee identities, request contents or document contents are published.

Explore the people portal. The public interface is a simplified reconstruction with fictional records, not an open copy of the private application.

Applying the method elsewhere

Check identity on reads, writes and downloads. Test access to another person's record and a role outside its scope. Keep document contents out of audit logs. Employment decisions require the authorised person.
