Receivables workspace

An operator-run workflow brings accounting documents, bank movements and authorised customer email into a shared receivables register. Collection, growth and follow-up views are published from the reviewed result.

What happens

Match a receipt to a document using evidence, not just a similar customer name. Carry an advance into its invoice without treating it as a second payment. Keep unmatched receipts separate. A promise in an email is context, not bank evidence.

The record preserves correspondence, payments, unresolved matches and collection holds. The team can prepare follow-up text; sending remains manual. A new snapshot does not establish continuous synchronisation, and email coverage may be partial.

The operator's recent source checks, write-backs and publication were reviewed on 14 October 2026. The deployed collection, growth and follow-up pages match the recorded hashes from that run.

Explore the receivables workspace. All public accounts and records are fictional. No company balance, bank identifier or customer conversation is published.

Applying the method elsewhere

Separate document currency from reporting currency. Preserve original receipts and existing notes. Check for changed source records before writing. Read back every intended change and block follow-up when a payment match is unresolved.
